I was invited down to try @hausofnova.ldn new brunch. If you’re looking for great music, food and unlimited cocktails for 3 hours I would highly recommend if you’re visiting London or celebrating with friends.

My beautiful friend @bellaroseup just got married in Vegas and it was the perfect way to celebrate her.

Some bits and bobs from the past month.

It always looks glamorous on IG, but truly, there’s so much more to this life than a few well presented pictures.

I started this year completely broken. I didn’t know where to run for help there were days when I honestly didn’t want to be here anymore. But with therapy, antidepressants, and the support of friends, I’ve managed to start building myself back up again.

As I write this, I still feel a bit of shame admitting it but I really hope it helps someone who needs to hear it.

I’ve overindulged slightly, but I’ve noticed that feeling creep back in. So this is just a small reminder for anyone who needs it, don’t be afraid to ask for help. 🫂🫶🏽
